Partial Pool Closure<br />

Beginning August 15, 2018, the Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort Villas &amp; Spa will be resurfacing the resort’s infinity pool. This pool is a multi-level design and the upper section was resurfaced last year. The bottom section also needs this basic maintenance to keep the resort facilities at the high level of quality that guests expect.<br />
<br />
The lower section of the infinity pool will be blocked off with attractive fencing for safety. Guests will not have access to Viento restaurant/pool bar or the swimming and deck area facing the ocean within the work area. There will be some moderate machine noise and the work is scheduled to take place from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Sunday.<br />
<br />
The upper deck pool area, children’s pool, whirlpools and the second large pool will be available to resort guests. There are sufficient lounge chairs on the pool decks and beachfront. Other food and beverage outlets like Oceano restaurant, Duna’s sports bar and Duna’s pool bar will remain open as normally scheduled and there will be additional pool and beachside food and beverage service as occupancies dictate.<br />

The anticipated completion date for the resurfacing of the infinity pool at the Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort Villas &amp; Spa has been updated. The project is expected to be completed on October 15, 2018 instead of September 30, 2018.<br />

Due to Hurricane Michael, the pool resurfacing project for the Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort Villas &amp; Spa has been delayed. The original completion date was October 15, 2018 and the new anticipated completion date is October 31, 2018.
