Tendency Group Apartments 3 are situated on Barcelona’s Avinguda Diagonal, approximately 600 metres from the beach. Each stylish apartment offers a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. The Tendency Group offers contemporary décor, and each spacious apartment has parquet flooring. All apartments feature a seating area and fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven and dishwasher. The apartments are just 500 metres from Selva del Mar Metro Station, and guests can reach Plaza de Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter within 15 minutes by Metro. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that parties are not allowed. Please note one week prior to arrival, the property will contact guests by email to confirm arrival details, check-in and check-out times and contact telephone numbers. Guests should call upon arrival at the airport, in order to arrange check-in and key collection.
