1. We
would like to share the operational updates for Ramadan 2026 at Rixos
Gulf Hotel Doha, to support your planning and guest communication during
the holy month.
To ensure a
respectful and enjoyable stay for all guests, the hotel will implement the
following special arrangements and service adjustments throughout the holy
month. Kindly note that the exact start and end dates of Ramadan will be
confirmed approximately six days in advance. Based on current projections, the
tentative dates are 17 February 2026 to 18 March 2026.
Resort
Facilities & Services
- A
designated soft beverage station will be available during the daytime near
the pool area for guest convenience. Please note that beverages may not be
consumed in public spaces during fasting hours.
- A
designated smoking area will be available during daytime hours.
Food
& Beverage Operations
- All-Inclusive
services for in-house guests will
remain available, with adjusted timings in line with Ramadan
practices.
- From
Iftar onwards (from 7:00pm):
- The
Pool Bar will serve soft beverages until 12:00 midnight.
- The
Lobby Bar will serve soft beverages until 2:00am.
- Alcoholic
beverages will be available exclusively upon request via In-Room Dining,
from 12:00pm to 12:00 midnight, in accordance with local regulations.
- À
la carte restaurants will remain closed throughout the holy month of
Ramadan.
- One
designated outlet will continue to offer buffet-style service for
breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring international cuisine. Fasting
guests will be provided with Suhoor via In-Room Dining.
Entertainment
& Recreation
- Live
Arabic music performances will be hosted in the Ramadan Tent, presented in
a respectful manner aligned with the spirit of the holy month.
- The
Sports Club and group exercise classes will operate as usual; however,
music will be excluded during sessions.
- The
Kids Club will maintain normal operating hours, with selected activities
such as yoga and disco sessions temporarily suspended during Ramadan.
Spa
Services
- Spa
access and services will remain unaffected and will continue to operate as
usual.
2. Herewith,
we would like to share an important update from Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha.
Please be
advised that the Beach Pool at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha will be temporarily closed
from 25 February to 03 March 2026 to facilitate scheduled maintenance works.
During this period, guests will have partial beach access to the beach and are welcome to continue enjoying the Courtyard
Pool, which will remain fully operational.
In addition,
beach extension works will be conducted in the area adjacent to the Beach Pool.
These works will involve the removal of the existing pathway and the extension
of the beach area. Construction activities will take place both during the day
and night; however, any noisy works will be limited to between 10:00 AM and
8:00 PM to minimise potential guest disturbance.
3. Herewith, we
would like to share an important update from Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha.Please
be advised that the operating hours of the Main Pool and Jacuzzi will remain
unchanged during the Ramadan period, operating daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
All other operational updates relating to restaurants and the All-Inclusive
package remain as per the initial notification.
