would like to share an important update from Outrigger Beach Resort
Mauritius.
Please be
advised that a short-term enhancement will be carried out at the Edgewater
Restaurant, involving essential emergency maintenance to the ceiling and
extraction system. These works are scheduled from Monday, 19 January 2026 to
Thursday, 22 January 2026 (inclusive) and are being undertaken to ensure
continued guest comfort, safety, and quality standards.
During this
period, the following temporary dining arrangements will be in place to
ensure a seamless guest experience:
Monday, 19
January 2026
• Voyageur Club will be closed for à la carte dinner.
• Le Bleu will offer a tapas-style buffet dinner with live cooking stations.
Monday to
Thursday
• Edgewater à la carte lunch will be served at Mercado, featuring the
same menu selection.
• Le Bleu will welcome guests for à la carte dinner until 9:00 pm,
offering the same lunch menu.
2. Herewith, we would like to share an important update from Outrigger
Beach Resort Mauritius.
Beginning 1 September 2025, Le Bleu Restaurant & Bar
will be temporarily closed for approximately 4–5 weeks to undergo
essential corrective works, including urgent roof repairs. Although unplanned,
these works have become necessary due to the accelerated deterioration of the
roof. Taking timely action ensures the continued safety, comfort, and
satisfaction of all guests.
To maintain a seamless guest experience during this period, the
following arrangements will be in place:
- A Marquee by the Beach (in front of
Edgewater) will serve as the main dining and entertainment venue.
- The Beach Bar will remain fully
operational, with enhancements including additional pop-up bars and
branded seating areas.
- Evening entertainment and themed programmes will continue uninterrupted within the
Marquee.
