Belle Vue

A colonial-style buffet restaurant serving international cuisine with live cooking stations, offering breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 10:00 PM). The restaurant overlooks the pool and Indian Ocean, creating a relaxing ambiance.

La Maree Restaurant

Located on the beach, this restaurant specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, with a selection of dishes from Spain to Morocco. It operates for breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (7:00 PM - 10:00 PM) with special themed evenings.

Chateau Mon Desir

Known as one of the best fine dining locations on the island, this elegant colonial mansion offers gourmet dinners, Sunday brunches (11:00 AM - 2:00 PM), and high tea. Dinner is available from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, offering a sophisticated ambiance where history meets gastronomy.

Le Banyan Asian Fusian

Overlooking a century-old banyan tree, this restaurant features Asian fusion cuisine and a memorable teppanyaki experience. Dinner is served from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Les Filaos Beach BBQ Restaurant

This casual, "feet in the sand" setting near the beach offers a beer-garden atmosphere, serving BBQ dishes and pizza. The relaxed environment invites diners to enjoy a rustic beachside lunch and an evening BBQ.

Lakaz Kreole Mauritian table d’hotes

An authentic Mauritian dining experience with a four-course meal served family-style on a private terrace. Available for dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, seating is by reservation only, with a shared table for up to 10 guests.

Quarter Deck Bar

La Maree Beach Bar

Styled with a Mediterranean theme, this beach bar offers an ideal spot for sunset views and operates from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Anno 1743 Brasserie Style Restaurant

Set in historical ruins with an industrial chic decor, this brasserie offers a rustic dining experience, serving dinner from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Special Friday evenings with a "Thank God It’s Friday" theme operate from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

River View Pool Bar

Positioned along the Citron River, this pool bar features a thatched roof and white decor, providing a relaxed daytime retreat with poolside service from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

The Nest

Located atop Anno 1743, this exclusive lounge bar offers panoramic views and serves whiskey and cocktails. Open on select days from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

The Distillery

A unique, iconic rum bar housed in a former 19th-century distillery, featuring Mauritius's largest rum collection. Open on select days from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, this bar’s terrace is surrounded by historic architecture and a century-old banyan tree.

Maritim Equestrian Centre

Experience horse rides on the beach, on the estate or around the hotel, individual or collective courses for all levels, initiation for kids and even swim with horses for advanced riders. Terms & conditions apply.

Play a round on the immaculate and upgraded green of the 9-hole (PAR 29) golf course of Maritim that has been designed by the renowned Australian professional golf player Graham Marsh and rest after your play at its refreshed golf house. Free unlimited Green Fees are available for in-house guests. Excluding club car, practice balls, golf equipment etc., an extra supplement applies for these facilities.

Ruins of Balaclava Estate

An infinite range of experiences await you on the Ruins of Balaclava estate within the 25 hectares of the 5-star Maritim Resort & Spa Mauritius site. Enjoy exclusive sights such as the Ruins of Balaclava, a national monument dating from the 18th century, the Citron river and its waterfalls and estuary.
