Catalina Island
For an island escape, catamaran trips are available to and from the pristine island, featuring six square miles of sugar sand beaches surrounded by the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean. ALTOS DE CHAVON
Built on a plateau 300 feet above the meandering Chavón River and modeled after a 16-century Mediterranean village, this cultural center is home to artists’ studios, craft workshops, art galleries, restaurants, clubs and boutiques concealed behind coral stone buildings. Along winding cobblestone streets, visitors watch international painters, designers, writers and musicians teaching their craft as a part of an “Artists in Residence” program, or within the Altos de Chavón School of Design affiliated with Parson’s School of Design in New York.

The Casa de Campo Marina, inspired by the old seaside villages of the Mediterranean, yet equipped with all the modern amenities to serve international yachtsmen.
During a stay at The Marina, guests enjoy all of Casa de Campo facilities alongside an array of entertainment and fine dining, including locally owned La Casita featuring seafood cuisine and seating overlooking the marina, and the very popular Pubbelly Sushi from Miami. Golf
90 Holes of Awe-Inspiring Golf Designed by Pete Dye
Casa de Campo is the Caribbean’s premier golf destination with four courses designed by Pete Dye (including courses listed below and La Romana Country Club, a private 27-hole course open to members only). It is home to the Casa de Campo Golf Academy and Director of Golf Robert Birtel guarantees the highest level of service as he oversees all golf operations, activities, and services, with a priority on enhancing the golf experience for all members and guests.
o Teeth of the Dog (18 holes)
A Pete Dye signature course, Teeth of the Dog is the #1 ranked golf course in Latin America and #39 in the world by Golf Magazine. The course was also named “The Caribbean’s Best Golf Course” by World Golf Awards as well as the #1 golf resort in the world by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO) for its collection of golf courses, professional facilities, luxury amenities, as well as its executive team’s commitment to service and exceeding guest expectations.
The course captivates with devilish doglegs, signature Dye obstacles and trade winds courtesy of Mother Nature -- is the only course in the world with seven Caribbean-edged holes.
Originally named Cajules I, this seaside course was built entirely by hand. A Dominican crew of 300 used sledgehammers, pickaxes and chisels (often cut when working on the course) and referred to the area as Dientes del Perro, or “Teeth of the Dog” – and the name stuck.
o Dye Fore (27 holes)
Dye Fore is visually intimidating with seven cliff-side holes that drop a staggering 300 feet to the Chavon River below -- challenging players with up to 40 mph gusting winds. Par three holes, #12 and #15, are two of the greatest in the world and the entire course offers 360 degree views of the Caribbean Sea, Dominican mountains (the highest mountains in the Caribbean), Chavón River, Casa de Campo Marina and Altos de Chavón artists’ village. The course was renovated in August 2014 with Paspalum greens.
Dye Fore’s newest nine, Dye Fore Lagos, opened September 2011 on the northeast side of Dye Fore. Five holes linger next to three massive lakes including the two par three holes leaving only a sliver of saving greens running along the lake border. A flatter section of Dye Fore than the rest, this nine-hole addition adds a different and fun dynamic to the resort rotation.
o The Links (18 holes)
Dye’s encore, built five years after Teeth of the Dog, was an authentic links-style course hauntingly reminiscent of the British Isles. Recently renovated and planted with Paspalum greens, Dye originally referred to the 6,900-yard Links course as La Barranca or "the little hill." Situated inland, water comes into play on five holes, while grass roughs and multiple sand traps keep players on their toes.
Equestrian Center and Polo
Trail rides, jumping lessons and polo matches are just a few equestrian activities at Casa de Campo, which offers scenic rides through the resort’s lush vegetation. Consisting of three tournament fields, one practice field and the largest string of polo ponies under a single brand in the world, polo matches are played weekly during the November-May season. Established by late Indian Prince, Maharajah Jabar Singh, Casa de Campo offers equipment, group instruction and personalized training for beginners and medium-goal players, or families may hire ponies for light- hearted stick and ball tournaments.
Tennis Center
Situated on a tropical hillside overlooking the Caribbean Sea, Casa de Campo’s La Terraza Tennis Center features 13 fast-dry Har-Tu courts – 10 of which are lighted for night play.
Shooting Center
Set on 245 acres of dense foliage, the Shooting Center, under the expertise of Director of Shooting, Gary Salmon, offers 300+ stations for trap, skeet and sporting clays, as well as pigeon rings and an open-air Safari Club Bar with artifacts. Featuring one of the largest towers in the world (110 feet), the three-level structure projects sporting clays simulating in-flight quail, partridges, and ducks up to 135 feet in the air. A team of instructors, including Salmon, offer basic shooting orientation for guests ages 12 and up, as well as advanced instruction, if requested.
SPA
The Spa at Casa de Campo focuses on holistic wellness and is the foundation of Casa de Campo’s spa offerings, blending ancient and modern healing therapies. Before treatments, guests stroll through a labyrinth – an ancient pattern to display serenity and peace dating back 4,000 years.
Each of the seven therapy rooms are individual sanctuaries with personal showers, changing areas, one in particular offers a sauna room and water sanctuary, a cold and warm plunge pool, and patio gardens. All treatments incorporate holistic and indigenous skin care selections made from edible local ingredients, including sugar cane and Dominican coffee beans, whipped up fresh daily in the Spa Pharmacy on-site.

Health and fitness programming with group classes, including Zumba, Pilates, Jumping, Kickboxing, Functional Training, Step, and Aerobics. With its partnership with Pinecrest Physical Therapy – a family of physical therapy facilities across the Greater Miami area – Casa de Campo offers the only boutique, private physical therapy facility in the country. Led by Pinecrest Physical Therapy President and Miami Marlins rehabilitation consultant Ron Yacoub and his team of certified sports medicine specialists, the full-service facility emphasizes functional physical therapy with a focus on rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and personal training to deliver everlasting results for personal health and fitness.
KIDS
TODDLERS ‘N’ CASA PROGRAM – AGES 1-3
A fun full- or half-day fully supervised program designed especially for our youngest guests. Kids will play on the playground, enjoy arts and crafts, puppet shows, musical games, and more.

KIDZ ‘N’ CASA PROGRAM – AGES 4-7
This supervised program is filled with fun activities facilitated by our friendly counselors. Kids will take part in a variety of activities like beach Olympics, treasure hunt, swimming, tennis lessons, pony rides, and more.

CASA TWEENS PROGRAM – AGES 8-12
Designed especially with active, social tweens in mind, this full- or half-day program is fully supervised, and full of fun. Tweens will take part in activities like kayaking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports, and more.

BONCHE 4 TEENS – AGES 13-17
A supervised area exclusively for our teen guests, the Bonche 4 Teens zone features a billiard table, air hockey, music, movies, and more. The Bonche 4 Teens program requires parental approval and a Casa de Campo Hotel Guest Card for entry. Teens-only activities like billiards tournaments, movie nights, and parties are regularly scheduled.
